  • Sheets and towels changed weekly (towels for the pool not included)

How to pay:
  • 30% up front, upon reserving (for stays of more than one week, a different downpayment can be agreed).
  • Balance at time of departure (including VAT) by cash or credit card.  
  • Reservations are guaranteed only once proof of payment has been received (fax +39 0761 780822 and e-mail info@antica-terra.it)
  • Should reservations be cancelled, "Antica Terra" will keep downpayment.

Deposit:
  • Moreover, 25% of the total is to be left with "Antica Terra" as a deposit, at the beginning of each stay, against damages. This will be returned in full if no extra costs are incurred.

Agreement:
"Antica Terra" has an agreement with the restaurants "Il Ponte" at Civita di Bagnoregio, "Il Boschetto" at Bagnoregio and "Il Mulino" at Lubriano, where our guests are welcome.
 
Arrivals/Departures:
  • Arrival time is between 3 and 7pm.
  • The Casale must be freed by 11am on day of departure.
